Do you know if your agent tracks where buyers come from?  Don't you want to know how your agent will bring buyers to your door?  Here is where National Association of Realtors reports where buyers found their house. My statistics mirror what the National Association of Realtors report indicates.  However, a large percentage of business comes from past clients and referrals.  We love our clients and continue to have an appreciation party and other benefits to our clients, many who become friends.  Our buyer agents are extremely busy with our valued buyer clients.  According to the National Association of REALTORS®, thirty-six percent of home buyers first found out about the home they purchased through a real estate agent, up from the percentage reported in the 2007 and 2008 Profiles.  Thirty-six percent of buyers reported that they first learned about the home they purchased on the Internet, up from eight percent in 2001 demonstrating the need for maximum exposure on the Web with high quality photographs.  Twelve percent of home buyers reported that they first learned about the home they purchased from a yard sign. Many OF OUR buyers are finding homes (55 percent in 2009) on line and are looking at Ann Arbor foreclosures now.  Find your next dream home here.
