A reporter called me last week to ask what we were doing differently in this market.  So while I may be doing what I consider to be normal, these things may be proactive to others, so I thought I would share what it is we do to give our Ann Arbor Real Estate clients every advantage we can. We also make sure the buyers risk is removed by the Love It or Leave It Plan.  We also guarantee to save the buyer 5 percent off list price or pay $500 at closing.  When we do short sales, we align our clients with a full time expert.  We conduct quarterly seminars called Current Market Conditions 101; the next one is  Tuesday, January 22nd 2008 at 6:30 PM.  We have been re-invited by the producers of House Hunters from HGTV network to appear on a couple of episodes.  So we are eager to work with buyers who would like to audition for this show.
