This past week I attended a seminar in Chicago with Jana Caudill of Keller Williams IN, Chris Cormack of Keller Williams VA, Kathy Colville of Long & Foster VA, Jay Kinder of Coldwell Banker OK, and investment speaker John Dessauer from Indiana. What these people had in common with our Ann Arbor real estate team is the delivery of exceptional client service. What I took away is the need for profitability improvement and better accountability as we change and tweak our systems. Over dinner at PF Changs we listened to others and I was amazed by someone who has 350 condo conversions for sale along with 200 other current listings that are managed with him and one other person.
