So our area did not decline as far as the whole state. Unfortunately we have many sad people and many distressed home owners in Michigan. What is important to note, is that people have options and we hope that people who are aware of others who are in distress seek advice from trusted professionals early.
If you need free legal advice, short sale information, bankruptcy consultation, loan modification, or whatever, talk to other professionals who are helping people out of the Michigan soup. I define Michigan soup as all of us in a pot of water where the heat has been turned up slowly. We are bobbing our heads up and down as the temperatures rise. You know the story of the frog who when he enters the boiling water will jump out and escape, but if put in the pot of water with increasing temperature will boil to death. We need the temperature turned down NOW by seeing a decrease in unemployment and a return of jobs! Your opinion?
