I am just writing about our
Keller Williams Annual Awards banquet which was moderated by Tony Dicello this year.
Our team had a great time learning from the panelists.
I was a fortunate panelist and felt blessed to be included.
What I do differently from most agents is the
guarantee program.
Each of us spoke about our approaches.
Since real estate is such a personal experience, each Ann Arbor Real Estate transaction is tailored to the clients. How we market, how we track, spend, everything is done differently by the top agents. What we all know is those who have the leads, manage the leads, convert the leads will last. So our team has a money phone which is answered all the time and we hawk the emails and we return phone calls to make sure the leads are treated with respect. This week I am going to sharpen my saw with Howard Brinton and other top producers from North America in Denver. As my Dad would say, “If you want to be an eagle, soar with the eagles.” So I will concentrate on the classes and networking.
What I am most excited about is meeting my sorority sisters from University of Colorado on Tues night and seeing some relatives on Sat night.
