I wanted to share my experience from last night. I showed a house and the buyer wanted to return to the first house seen earlier in the day. I called the office at 6 pm which was closed. I called the listing agent’s phone and the message said if it was an emergency to call her cell. I called that cell number per the message and got another voice mail and left a detailed message asking that we be able to return to show the house again. NO RESPONSE. Opportunity missed for that seller!This is the next day and still no call from the agent.
