McMullen Co. Fills Office Space in Bldg. 5 of Ann Arbor Business Complex Kelleher Enterprises inked a new headquarters lease at McMullen Co.'s Eisenhower Commerce Center, in Ann Arbor, MI. Kelleher, which designs, manages and fulfills award and recognition programs for Fortune 500 companies, will move into 4,478 square feet at 1580 Eisenhower Place in Building 5 of the complex. Kelleher's space includes administrative offices and distribution facilities. "The space is just right for us," said Mike Kelleher of Kelleher Enterprises. "We're close to highways, with plenty of free parking and easy loading and unloading of packages." Brad McFarlane handled the deal in house for the landlord, McMullen Co. Nicholas Rutan of Bluestone Realty Advisors represented Kelleher. The multi-building Eisenhower Commerce Center totals about 215,000 square feet of office and light industrial space. The complex is off Eisenhower Parkway near I-94 and State St., in proximity to downtown Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan.
