The Concannon Company developers have outdone themselves again with the new Gallery project located at the North end of downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan. This is a two building project with a North Main entrance and a building on Fourth Avenue.
The North Main building is mixed use offering first floor retail, second floor office space and 101 condo units on the third through eleventh floors. The third and fourth floors will offer true loft type units with exposed ceilings, floors five - seven are luxury flats, while floors eight - eleven offer building and tower penthouses.
The Fourth Avenue building highlights first floor retail and eighteen open loft units on the top three floors. Construction on this building will not commence until the North Main building is completed.
