On Thursday, I was delighted to attend, at the Polo Fields in Ann Arbor, a presentation by National City Chief Economist Richard J. Dekaser. Along with Economic and Interest Rate Forecast, he answered two burning questions for the attendees. 1. When will Michigan see the bottom? Prediction – fourth quarter 2008. 2. Will the Federal Reserve do another rate reduction in October 2007? Prediction – Yes, reduced by one quarter point. To view how the National home prices were mapped, Click Here.
