Fleming Creek Ann Arbor, MI 48103  is  a site condo development of 189 homes with street names like Hillway Ct., Ridgeway, Parkside Ct., Ravine Ct, and Chaseway located in Superior Township.  It is at the South West corner of Plymouth and Dixboro, just minutes to Traver Village shopping, close to downtown Ann Arbor, restaurants, grocery, Matthaei Botanical Gardens, and parks – including a family recreation area, ponds, a gazebo, and tennis courts in the sub. Fleming Creek homes were developed and built in 1994 through 1999 by Wexford and John Richards Homes.   Annual association fees run about $290.00.  City water and sewer are provided.
